The Central Zoo opens 10:00 am – 05:00 pm from Sunday to Saturday

The Central Zoo remains closed due to bird flu.

Visitors can purchase tickets from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm during the summer season and from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm during the winter season (Kartik 16 to Magh 15 in the Nepali calendar, generally falling between early November and the end of January).

Fishing is open from 1st of Chaitra till 30th of Kartik
